What does “peronsal use” mean?
In accordance with United States copyright law, when you purchase a digital file from Dress Them Dearly only the purchaser of the pattern(s) can use the file(s). The purchaser of the design MAY NOT email, share, trade, give, loan, or claim the design as their own work in any way.
Where can I find my downloads?
Your downloads will be sent to the email address provided, they will also immediately be downloaded to your computer. Check your spam/promotions folder in your email account if you are not seeing them. Also check the downloads folder on your computer.
Do I offer refunds?
Due to the fact that patterns are immediately downloaded, I do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter a problem, please feel free to contact me at dressthemdearly@gmail.com to troubleshoot together.
